HELP - $165 has come out of my credit card back on July 1 - but I did not sign up to this latest course. And here there is a red button saying "upgrade to Paid" How do I A) reverse this transaction and B) stop it happening again?

Hi, I am suscribed but cant access the course. When I try to open the first lesson is locked for "subscribers only". Can you please help?
